Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Singapore only.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address:
If you provide an incorrect delivery address, we are not responsible for non-delivery. Re-shipping fees will apply.

Failed Delivery Attempts:
If the carrier cannot deliver after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us. You will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives visibly damaged, refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately at onlinesales@eatcoa.com.

If already accepted, photograph the damage and contact us within 24 hours.
